Joining Calisthenics Lifestyle was one of the best decisions in my life. My body is a direct result of consistency, hard work and a proper diet. To be honest, I have never expected to achieve such great results. The programs include exercises for beginners and advanced athletes. And this is why I keep progressing every day. My favorite part is the AB workouts, which are absolutely insane. Besides all, the nutrition program is absolutely incredible as it contains a big variety of meals and products.
I was fit pretty much all my life, but I didn’t have defined muscles. This is why I decided to enroll in the ‘calisthenics + gym’ workout bundle. About 30 days later, I was able to see significant results. This motivated me a lot and I kept following the daily program week after week. And now, I can finally say that I am proud of what I have achieved. Of course, nothing would’ve been possible without the guidance of Calisthenics Lifestyle.
There are no words to express my emotions of how I feel right now. In the beginning of my transformation journey I was 96 kg (211.64 lbs) and now – 4 months later, I am 75 kg (165.34 lbs). I personally have all the programs of Calisthenics Lifestyle and I can tell you that they will change your life for the better. The motivation I feel right now is indescribable. The biggest problem for me was to get started. Calisthenics Lifestyle motivated me to just go for it. I went from 3 pull-ups to my first muscle up in the first weeks of following the programs. After a couple of months I was able to completely change my body. I was really skinny at the start, but I managed to build a lot of lean muscle and gain weight. And the best part is that I am improving every week. Beyond the amazing physique I have achieved, my strength is on another level right now. All my friends and family members are complimenting me for what I have achieved. Right now I feel more confident about myself and I believe that I can achieve anything.
So where should I start? I asked myself this a few times before writing this review. My transformation shows you just how amazing every single piece of this program is. Calisthenics Lifestyle is absolutely amazing. The amount of workouts and information is insane for the price. I have been more than satisfied with it. And yet, I still have a long way to go for my dream body, so I continue following the programs. Now, I can say this is a great deal that has definitely given me results of following the workouts and diet plan! I would recommend it to everyone!
Calisthenics Lifestyle offers the best explained and structured programs I have ever seen! Before I joined them I was using several other workouts, but none of them gave me any results. In fact, I even got my shoulder injured, because nobody explained to me how to warm-up properly. But here you have it all: Detailed warm-ups, daily workouts, meal plans, exercise demonstrations and progressions. I have only one regret and that is that I hadn’t signed up earlier.
